Process Automation and Operations Intern (m/f/d) Internship / Working Student / Thesis
This role is ideal for someone passionate about process automation and operations management. The position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various administrative and operational aspects of our business.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Define and oversee strategies for automating administrative tasks such as bookkeeping and project management.
- Support with supply management for the office, ensuring all necessary supplies are available and well-maintained.
- Build and maintain new customer relationships, and support the definition of new customer contracts.
- Represent the company at relevant conferences.
- Keep the event schedule updated both internally and externally.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Ability to work from our offices in Munich, Germany.
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, media design, or a related field.
- Highly structured approach to work and project management experience.
- Experience in setting up processes.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity: see a gap, identify solutions, and drive them to success.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing tasks and a great team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
