Technician Manufacturing / Electronics / Production (m/f/d) - (Full Time)

EFT Mobility is seeking a Manufacturing / Electronics / Production Technician to collaborate closely with our engineering team in assembling, integrating, and validating our products. You will work closely with system, testing, and prototyping stakeholders to deliver our products to our customers on time and with the right quality.


We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience and a versatile background in Mechatronics, Precision Medical Devices, Maintenance, and/or Testing. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives both independently and in collaborative team settings. Strong electro-mechanical assembly skills and a solid grasp of electronics and electrical circuits are essential to succeed in this role.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Integration and Assembly:
    • Manual assembly, soldering, modification, and repair of assemblies
    • Assembling various components, including structural elements, electronics, and subsystems, following detailed specifications and procedures.
    • Identifying and handling components and operating various systems in production, as well as carrying out repairs according to specifications
    • On-time completion of products according to work instructions
    • Perform Quality control and End-Of-Line Tests of modules and products.
  • You will work closely with engineers to understand system requirements and provide feedback on assembly processes and procedures so that lessons learned can be incorporated into future projects.
    • Build and modify adapter boards and cable harnesses
    • Support mechanical build processes (including 3D printing)
    • Ability to read, interpret, and create documentation and drawings, and to give and follow precise verbal and written instruction
    • Maintain a clean and organized lab, ensuring that it is well-stocked with the tools, components, and materials needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to work from our offices in Munich, Germany.
  • You have good to very good knowledge of electronics and cabling 
  • You enjoy assembly and soldering work
  • You already have some experience in a production environment, ideally in electronics manufacturing
  • Completed technical training as a mechatronics or electronics technician or similar
  • Good understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
  • You are highly self-motivated and drive your area of responsibility forward independently.
  • Your open, communicative, friendly, and competent manner makes it easy for you to be seen as an internal expert by your colleagues.
  • Good English communication skills both written and verbal. German is not required but preferred.
  • You have skilled craftsmanship. You do careful and precise work.
