System Integration & Validation Engineer (m/f/d) - (Full Time)

EFT Mobility is looking for a Systems Integration and Validation Engineer, who will be working at the intersection of our electronics and software team. You will be responsible for integrating the final product consisting of electronic and software components on a system level. Additionally, you will be leading the validation plan, execution, and automation in the final phase of the project.

This role is ideal for someone who has a proven track record in both electronics and firmware and is keen to apply it in hands-on projects.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Define System integration plan for electric powertrain components.
Integrate electronics and firmware on a system level
Define validation strategy for both signal and power level system tests
Design and build the testing infrastructures from an electromechanical standpoint
Execute and automate testing activities through scripting (test executions and logging)
Analyze trends and provide continuous recommendations for design improvement
Regularly bridge information between involved shareholders within the company
Ensure rigorous work traceability and summarise testing results

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Ability to work from our offices in Munich, Germany.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant fields.
Previous experience in system integration & validation
Strong hands-on hardware experience
Familiar with analog/digital circuits
Familiar with schematic capture and PCBA
Familiar with Communication protocol (CAN, Ethernet, etc)
Familiarity with battery systems
Proficiency with Electrical Engineering tools and measurement equipment (Oscilloscopes, …)
Understanding of automation and test sequence scripting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
