Mechanical CAD Design Engineer | Electric Powertrain (m/f/d)
You will play an integral part in the Mechanical Engineering team, shaping the powertrain products we develop by translating design concepts into physical parts and assemblies with a design language that combines functional shapes with a visually appealing appearance.
You will create Manufacturing and Assembly Drawings and provide them to the Procurement and Production team.
If you are familiar with different manufacturing processes and can design parts accordingly based on the restrictions & possibilities that come with different processes, this position is for you.
Bring your creativity and practical, hands-on mentality to ensure efficient, high-quality designs for our powertrain systems and their subcomponents.

Examples of qualifying backgrounds for recent graduates include:
- Long-term specialization in mech. part design starting in high school (e.g., Technical Matura in Austria) with a subsequent strong focus on dimensioning and design of mech. components and systems throughout your higher education.
- Completion of an apprenticeship as a technical system planner/product designer (GER), technical draftsman (AU), or similar, with a subsequent strong focus on dimensioning and design of mech. components and systems throughout your higher education.
- Strong focus on dimensioning and design of mech. components and systems throughout higher education including ≥ 1 year of active participation in a student project (e.g. Formula Student) and/or internships where you were responsible for a major component or subsystem and went through the entire product development process from concept to assembly and testing.
